I suppose it looks kind of dubious. I think it looks more suggestive. I think I remember another poster mentioning the same thing.

I think if he had a little grin it would be more of a suggestive look. That little vertical line on the left side of his mouth, to me, gives him the oh-so dubious look.
Plus, just look into his eyes. They just scream “Oh yeah?”
