I’ve been searching for ages. Is there no site other than bloody bookrags.com (charges you) that has this essay? It’s only around 600 words, so I can’t imagine the internet is completely devoid of the work. Any help?
I may be wrong, but I don’t think Kafka has ever published a critical essay on Homer. He did, however, write a short story - and I think this is probably the ‘essay’ listed on bookrags - called ‘The Silence of the Sirens’ about the encounter from The Odyssey. It’s available here. Even more interesting! Thanks for the find.
