I’m thinking about selling some of my old albums (LPs) on eBay. Nothing particular valuable, but they’ve been taking up space for a long time, and since I’ve replaced almost all of them with CDs anyway, and have long since retired my turntable, well, you know the drill.
Anyway, it wouldn’t be worth my time if I had to individually wrap up each one. I remember way back, when Columbia House Record Club sold records as opposed to tapes and CDs, they’d mail them out in these cardboard mailers that were designed specifically for 12" albums. Anyone know if these are available anywhere, and if so, where?
Found 'em, if anyone else is interested (it helps to narrow your search parameters):

If anyone knows somewhere to get them cheaper, please let me know.
Those PRIORITY boxes from the Post Office—just leave em flat and tape up the ends. I’ve both sent out and received pkgs. done in that way.
Be sure to say that the mdse. is going out “priority”.
The Post Office also sells padded envelopes in all sizes. I once went into the post office, put an 18" by 24" Jesus Christ Superstar program on the counter, and said to the astonished counterman “This has to be sent…to Austraila.” The look on his face was priceless.
