Where did my Hot Mail go?

I noticed this morning that the Hot Mail option has simply disapeared off my IE tool bar. Why did this happen, and, more important, how do I get it back?

I am understanding that by the Hotmail option on your toolbar you are refering to the “Links” toolbar.If that is the case then its simple to get it back.
Click View> Toolbars> Links.
