Okay, have you had a show go AWOL? Is it MIA? Is it just plain cancelled? Here is the thread for it.
First of all, “Futurama.” I’ve heard that another show will be on in its time slot…does anyone know what’s going on with it? (Of course, I’m not sure I heard this from a reliable source.)
Next, “That’s My Bush,” sigh. It gave a good fight, but now it’s gone.
Okay, and finally- what’s the deal with “24”- is it going to ever air or are they just plain cancelling it before it gets started? I hope not, it was the only new show I was looking forward to.
Well, FUTURAMA and KING OF THE HILL usually get pre-empted because of football, duh. They come back after the Superbowl like they always do. Where have you been?
Um…on Mars, in a cave, with my hands in my ears and my eyes closed?
I’m not talking about it being pre-empted, I just heard another show was permenantly taking over its time slot…I’m not too sure of that anymore. I just wanted to make sure that it wasn’t being called off completely.
This is the greatest TV show ever. There, I’ve said it. I know it’s on Wednesday nights at 9:30, but it wasn’t yesterday! Dammit! Fox just moves this show around like it’s their bastard child. I have a feeling it’ll be scrapped soon. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr…
Oh, thanks…they certainly are taking their time about it. I can’t wait for “24”- <sigh, drool> I am so enamored of Kiefer Sutherland. And well, thanks again.
Well, TVGuide says there will be a new Halloween episode. They list the date as October 3, but then they say the Season Premier is November 4, so I don’t know.
Zoggie, they also say Futurama will be back December 9.
I must agree with you about Keifer Sutherland…Mmmmmmm…Keifer Sutherland.
I wonder about this: the opening credits sequence of Futurama ends with a ship crashing into the electronic billboard. I wonder whether they will show that part anymore; it is kind of tacky now after the WTC incident.
I don’t see it as tacky. It’s not like they were intentionally trying to blow up a giant electronic billboard, they just weren’t very good pilots. It’s not even like people live/work/exist in a billboard.
