Where have I heard this song before?

In the movie “The girl next door” there is a track which on the soundtrack is listed as “Peeping Matt - by Paul Hasslinger”

I KNOW I’ve heard this song before, but I can’t place where. I ran through the composer’s website, but couldn’t find anything to trigger the ol memory.
Hoping someone with better memory for music/movies can help out.

Hasslinger was a member of Tangerine Dream for a while (who did the music for “Risky Business”).

To me, “Peeping Matt” sounds similar to "Love on a Real Train (Risky Business). Have a listen. Maybe that’s what you’re thinking of.
