I live in Georgia and I have never seen one before. College I go to is overwhelmingly White and most of the girls there are not open to dating foreign looking men. I have a thing for White girls but I want to know, where in the world am I guaranteed to see Indian men - White women couples? preferably in higher numbers

I doubt they are common anywhere. Go to India - and while there are plenty of Indian men - not many white women. In the US - plenty of white women - not many Indian men. If you mean common as in and Indian man is likely to be dating a white woman - also probably going to run into issues. Many Indians in the US still have very strong ties to Indian families - which are often looking for their boy to meet a nice Indian girl - especially the mom.
Also - the white women I know haven’t professed some sort of attraction to Indian males on the same level as I sometimes hear expressed for black men (the only non-white group I have heard a preference for). Indians are on average shorter than white Americans - and women seem to by and large be attracted to height.
Go to London. Or any tech-heavy city in the US like San Jose or Seattle. You’d have to be pretty oblivious not to notice any Indian men with white women.
I am sure we have such couples in Britain, and I would not be at all surprised if Britain is where the phenomenon is most common. We have a large and Indian minority, many of whom are well assimilated into British culture. I would not say it is very common even here though. My impression is you are more likely to see an Afro-Caribbean man with a white woman than an Indian man with one, even though (I am fairly sure) there are actually a lot more people in the country of south Asian heritage than of African.

Okay, after 5 different threads relating to this and none of your posts or topics being outside of this subject, I’m closing this topic (and your other one). Don’t need two of them, for one…and for two, this has already been done by you 3 times before with you not seemingly satisfied (and even being snarky) with answers you’re given. All five topics are basically the same and you’re only repeating yourself over again at this point.
I suggest to branch out a bit on these boards and explore other topics lest you become a one-trick pony.
