I should point out that your poll option doesn’t have an option for Indian male — non-Indian male, but those couples exist, too.
You never heard of Sanjay Gupta? Arguably the most recognized Indian male in the country.

Yes, but in the US, “Asian” is shorthand for those from China, Korea, Japan and so forth, while South Asian is shorthand for those from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. On the other hand, I believe that in the UK, Asian is shorthand for those from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and they use East Asian for those from China, Korea, Japan and so forth.

I’ve known so many Indians in my life and times that they run the entire gamut of combinations in your poll. So, in brief, yes.
I knew one couple in Malaysia where the wife was ethnically Chinese and the husband ethnically Indian. Their daughter turned out looking exactly Malay!

Why do you care about the women’s hair color?
I’m a white female (brunette, if you must know) and my husband is from India. I’m probably a little biased, but it never occurred to me that an Indian-White relationship would be considered unusual.
Yup. Me, too. And, although Indian/non-Indian pairings aren’t as typical as couples who share a culture or ethnic group of origin, I don’t think of them as particularly unusual, either.
