I’ve been to Liechtenstein and Vatican City (it’s a country, I swear!), neither of which are on the OP’s original list.

I’ve been to only two countries. United States and Canada.
I removed Liberia and Gambia. I’ve been to a lot more countries than that but those are the only two I could find that no one else had eliminated yet.
Take of Mozambique. 
You can take off the Russian Federation, and you could have taken off a few more if they weren’t already gone, darnit! I’m surprised Ukraine and Estonia went first.
You can also remove Fiji, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
St. Lucia and Malta removed (along with those of the three posts above mine)
Removed Madagascar and Trinidad and Tobago. I’ve also been to Entebbe< Uganda, but never left the airport, so I don’t count it.
