Where on your bady are you touched least?

My neck was sore this afternoon for some reason. In the course of rubbing it to see if that helped, I realized that my neck is rarely touched, by me or by anything else. I wear necklaces occasionally, and halter tops about the same, but I couldn’t think of another part of my body that has less stuff poking, sliding, covering, or pounded away at it.
Excluding orifices (hey, I clean my ears every day!) what part of your body gets the least action? Your ankles? Eyelids (I’m thinking this will be big with guys)? Ears?

If we’re talking about the body part least touched by other people – it would be my hands. Seriously, I loathe having my hands touched. If it’s just in general, I would have to say the backs of my knees. Aside from my pants, really nothing/no one ever touches the backs of my knees.

My stomach, I guess. It’s pretty sensitive, even a random poke can send it into paroxysms of pain and nausea. So I tend to protect it.

The cool thing about this answer is that I realize a lot of my parts get touched quite often. It’s nice having a sweetheart.

My legs. I don’t like the hard massage they give me when I get a pedicure–I always tell them to skip that part and just do my feet. Nobody else even attempts to touch my legs.

Well the hardest part of me to REACH is the middle of my back. So it’s got to be that, doesn’t it? Not counting orifices.

My Guy does a lot of business traveling, so I have to qualify this. When he’s in town, he loves giving me full-body massages, so everything gets touched (and I do mean everything). When he’s away, nothing gets touched, except by the cat.

Feet.
I don’t like my feet, I don’t like other people’s feet and I certainly don’t like other people touching my feet.

I had to giggle about this – ever since I had my tummy tuck, I lurve having my stomach touched – not so much because it’s all flat and sexy, but because the nerves are still all out of whack. Touch me on the right side & I feel it on the left or in the middle – it’s just a cool as hell experience. It’s not a good thing, because if I get hurt I have to look to see where I am actually hurt (the main reason I took my belly button ring out – I caught it on a towel and didn’t know that’s what it was until I looked down and found the blood, I had felt it on the lower left of my belly instead of at my belly button! I imagine that eventually the nerves will get sorted out, but if not, it’s fun and weird to feel sensations in odd places.

My calves. I am so ticklish on my calves it makes me crazy. My SO gets mad at me because he can’t even touch anywhere from my knees to my ankles without me jumping 10 feet in the air.

My head. Anything on my head. I hate having my head touched anywhere except during shaving. But Mrs essell grabs me just about everywhere else. I have to go to get my hair cut with phil, who’s been doing it for years, because I won’t trust anyone else.

The taint.

I’m afraid you can only be a sister to me now. :dubious:

Kitty full-body massage? Kinky.

For me, it’s my feet. I don’t like anyone touching them, so pedicures are out of the question. I’m not anti-foot, I’m just anti-people-touching-my-feet. Hell, I don’t even like being barefoot in my house. Or in the grass. Or anywhere.

Armpits.

No deodorant for you??

I’ve had a bunch of abdominal surgery and the nerves have mostly grown back. What I found really odd was how after each one I’d have different numb spots (even though five of the surgeries were on the exact same site). And some of the numb spots have stayed numb so I don’t think they’ll regain feeling. OTOH I think I could get my bellybutton pierced and not feel it at all. But then I might end up with a situation similar to what you described–have it get pulled out and never realize it.

No place on my body is off limits. But what gets touched the least on me is probably the backs of my thighs.

Oh and Beware of Doug, feel free to rub my feet all you want. I am a complete slut for foot massages.

Nope, I use deodorant (Sure unscented stick) but I only apply it once or maybe twice a day. Everywhere else gets touched more often.

Whoa! I’m jealous. :stuck_out_tongue:

If you only knew!

I’m married and I have children, who paw and climb all over me. I’m also still nursing my youngest. So every last part of me gets touched frequently and thoroughly.

Which is fine with me!
