Where the hell is my Andrew WK CD? There are three godammned places I would have put it. It is in neither of those places. Did it grow legs and walk away?
What CDs do you have that seem to get lost constantly?

Yes, it grew legs and walked away. Now if you could find my Michael W. Smith CD, I’d be ever so happy…
Please find these CDs that my brother borrowed and has never given back (in more than a year and a half), then I’ll be eternally grateful:
Matthew Good Band: The Audio of Being (the limited-edition one, with all the lyrics to all the songs on this and previous albums)
Soul Asylum: Black Gold (a greatest hits package)
Black Crowes: Greatest Hits 1990-1999
U2: Achtung Baby
Eric Clapton box set
F_X
This Desert Life by the Counting Crows. I’ve had to buy it three bloody times because i keep losing it.
Gord’s Gold - Gordon Lightfoot
Sabbatum - Rondellus**
Johnny, Cock Thy Beaver - bawdy songs of the Renaissance
And I’ve lost two cassette tapes:
A home copy of Stan Rodgers’ Between the Breaks - anoying because this copy also had an unnamed singer doing The Witch of the Westmoreland in a heavy Scottish brogue, and it’s a redition I really enjoy and I have no idea how to replace it!
A home copy of Tarleton’s Jig - no idea it this was the name of the album or the performing group, but it was all vocal and instrumental music from the English Civil War era.
Anyone know where I can find a replacement?
**(the medieval version of Black Sabbath - two copies! Can I find either one? NO! &*$&%@)
I never lose CDs, but for some reason I keep losing ‘Best of James Bond Themes’. I have lost and re-purchased it about 4 times now.
It must be the invisible ink of CDs
I still can’t find my Fat of the Land CD by The Prodigy. The jewel case sits empty holding it’s place on the shelf.
Don’t talk to me about empty jewel cases!
How about broken jewel cases? May I have a few of your empty ones so I can replace all my broken ones (particularly the ones with the broken spiny thingies in the center that hold the disc in place)?
(I buy everything else when I go to Wal*Mart, ya think I’d remember to buy extra jewel cases. Sheesh!)
I recieved an N’Sync CD for my birthday. Funny how I can’t find it
I have a friend who’s bought the Xanadu soundtrack CD five times. Each of the other four it’s been stolen from his car. The car’s never been taken - just the CD (and, three times, other stuff).
Each time he’s repurchased it. And he swears that he’s straight…
Where the hell is the jewel case for my They Might Be Giants Best of the Early Years? I love that jewel case, too, it has a great picture of a snowman burning a pile of cash on it. I have the CD, but dammit, I want my case back!
Ben Harper- “Welcome to the Cruel World”. I know where it is; unfortunately that would be an apartment in Paris. My roomie “borrowed” it several years ago, and left it at his parents’ house. And now it’s out of print.
Dinosaur Jr. - “Whatever’s Cool With Me”. A kind of greatest hits cd, but someone keeps taking it! Arrgh! I’ve bought 4 copies of this cd, plus the album version, and the only thing I still have is the album. (Guess it’s a little bulky to slip in your jacket pocket.)
Bad Religion - “Stranger than Fiction”. Apparently one of my friends loves this cd, and keeps taking it from me when their copy gets messed up.
The only cd that I’m kind of glad walked out of here was a Limp Bizkit cd that someone gave me for my birthday one year. I know it was lifted by my ex-roomie’s little hoodlum friends, and as far as I’m concerned, they can keep it!
The thief should get 7 to 20 just for bad taste.
Well I appear to be missing a few cd’s. Who knows how long they have been gone, they probably have been stolen.
Ones I’m missing:
The Full Monty soundtrack: I just love all the music on this cd.
Big Shiny Tunes 6: This I know was stolen by one of my ex’s. He was a cumpulsive klepto and this was his favourite cd, as well as mine. Lots of good songs on it.
Bloodhound Gang, Hooray For Boobies: Yes I had this cd. I loved it, it was funny and enjoyable. Plus it had the Discovery Channel song (yah I forget the name of the song)
It would be easy to find if I had recieved it - in the bin.
It’s in your bedroom closet, under a sweatshirt in the back corner.
I "lost my 3 marylin manson cd’s and a disturbed cd… but I’m thinking that mymothers husband burned them or something…
My new Alison Krause and Union Station CD!!! I’ve been looking for it for 3 weeks now.
It was on top of my stereo one day and then just went POOF.
Not behind the stereo, not under the dresser, not in the car, not under the couch, not in the wrong case.
Where the hell did it go??
Urrggh.
BAck in high school, neither me nor none of my friends was able to hold onto a Master of Puppets tape or CD…we all had copies of it, but if someone got a REAL version, itd be gone in a week. Right now, Im missing my Concrete Blonde CDs, and my Charlie Brown Christmas CD.
