Does any one have advice on how to repair the hole in my screen I inadvertently caused by incessantly pushing on the refresh button?

There was a hardware failure on the hub that connects the SDMB to our corporate LAN. The port connecting the SDMB failed. We’re now using a different port and all seems well with the world…at least for the moment. Something doesn’t add up exactly right so I’m a bit puzzled but I’m not going to argue with the reality of a currently working SDMB.
