Depends on what you are asking. A factual question would go in General Questions. Like: What do I feed my rattler?

If you just want to know who has a snake, you should post a poll in IMHO.

If you want to share a cute story about your snake, maybe MPSIMS

My guess would be IMHO. I suppose that technically, whether a person owns a snake is a factual matter, but it’s also a poll-type question, and those go in IMHO.
