Which Canadian Provinces/Territories have you been to?

I’ve been to five, including Yukon. Next month I will add two more. In the US thread I said I’ve been to 36 states, and will add one more next month.

I’ve lived in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, and I have family in Ontario and Quebec. Used to vacation in PEI a loooong time ago, and I’ve gone to Alberta a couple of times.

I’ve crossed Canada a few times. I’ve been to all ten provinces (all by car, eight by air, and seven by train), and the Northwest Territories. I’d like to get to the Yukon someday, but I’m unsure if I’ll ever get to Nunavut.

Lived in Alberta and Nova Scotia.
Visited PEI, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
Touched down in Winnipeg once, but never actually got off the plane

Live on the border between Ontario and Quebec. Visited out west once (Vancouver, Victoria, and the Okanagan), and changed planes in Calgary during the stampede!

I’ve spent at least a few days in each province. Mostly going to mathematics meetings. Except for Saskatchewan which I visited for two days, one in Saskatoon and one in Regina, when I was on a committee that gave out research grants. Never been to Labrador though nor to any of the territories.

By the OP’s definition, I’ve been to all of the provinces. In terms of “visiting” (going there on purpose, not on the way to something else) I’d have to drop Saskatchewan and Newfoundland and Labrador, and I’d also drop PEI because the only time I was there I was a toddler.

I’ve lived in New Brunswick, Manitoba, and Quebec.

I live in Canada now (I’m American) and have only been to Ontario and Quebec. :frowning: My husband is only one better than me though, he just added BC to his count.

Been to Ontario countless times.

Vacationed in Quebec yearly as a lad - Gramps and Gram lived there.

Cruised out of New York City to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia two years ago.

That’s it.
mmm

Visited Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. Loved both Montreal and Fredericton, and the Hopewell Rocks should be as well-known a sight as the Grand Canyon.

Only been to Ontario, we crossed over at Niagara Falls. We first crossed over on the Maid of the Mist then by car, just so that we could say we did. I was nine, it was a big deal.

I’m giving some thought to trying Halifax, and if so, the Maritimes and Newfoundland and Labrador should be knocked off in short order.

On the other hand, if I move to Alaska, I can pick up the Yukon and NWT.

Hmm.

Nunavut? It’s unlikely.

I’ve been to British Columbia once and Ontario thrice.

As a typical Yankee, I’ve been to all the popular ones and even a couple of the middling-popular ones and nothing else. In my dream world, I get the finances together to take a couple of years off of work and just travel through all of North America.

Where could you possibly have been on your way to that you incidentally traveled through Newfoundland and Labrador? St. Pierre?

I took a couple of months off, flew in to Vancouver and travelled around BC a bit and then travelled overland by bus and train all the way to Halifax. I missed out the northern parts, PEI, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador.

Great fun!

NW Territories
Yukon Territory
BC
Alberta
Ontario
Quebec

I’ve been to six, including being one of the few here who has been to the Northwest Territories. In fact, we drove all the way to Inuvik just for the hell of it one summer, and I’d be surprised if anybody else here has done that. Been to the Yukon many times, driving over the Top of the World Highway to Dawson.

Yes, exactly that. My wife and I honeymooned in Vancouver in 2006. We really enjoyed ourselves, and we’d like to see more of Canada.

I highly recommend visiting BC. It’s spectacular, with beautiful rivers and tons of wildlife.

Whatever the Al-Can hits, I believe that’s Alberta, B.C. and the Yukon.

Later I lived in Calgary for 7 months but my travel extent then was just back and forth to Lake Louise.
