It’s a little weird to be that attracted to comic book characters, but damn.
Back in the day when she was a major villain in the Hellfire Club, The White Queen was originally drawn as a woman in her late 30s possibly early 40s. See Byrne’s artwork in the early issues of the Dark Phoenix Saga.
So while 30-odd years has passed for us, Emma Frost has lost 10 of them.
Rogue was similarly drawn as someone in her 30s, IIRC.
My vote would also have to go for Jade, who Jack Knight in Starman gets all weak-kneed over in a phone call.

Frost has also been established as being heavily plastic surgeried (not a word I assume but I used it anyway).
Rogue was also very butch when introduced. I think the change happened when Jim Lee started drawing it. Silvestri drew her as very harsh looking.

I always thought that Marvel woman Sheena was pretty hot.
To be fair, in the printed comics, Meriem the Cavewoman is never seen naked (or if she did, vegetation or arms obscure her naughty bits) and she isn’t seen having sex, and there’s an actual storyline that does’t involve sex in her stories. Still, she is awfully naked and awfully sexy, and so Cavewoman comics may have gone “that way” but not nearly to the extent Druuna has.

That would be Shanna the She-Devil. Sheena was published by Fiction House (although Marvel did publish the movie adaptation in the early 80s).

Blondie Bumstead is quite the hottie; and opinions may vary, Arlo’s Janis is supposed to be a looker too, I think.
From Star Wars comics, I’d vote Mara Jade and Jedi Master Fay.
And of course, for the boys, the slave dancer, Oola. Maybe Jedi Aayla Secura.
