Thanks to this thread I did some digging. I found a copy at www.scarecrow.com and placed a pre-order on one.
It went in the mail today. I should have it in a day or two.
It is a PAL copy so I’ll have to do some converting to another disc before I can watch it. But I’m cool with that. I’m just happy to have found it at such a fair price.
Actually, in the 1984 movie, I don’t care much about most of the Eurhythmics soundtrack. But I do want Annie Lennox crooning “Julia” on the end titles’ I remember the 1970s “The Lathe of Heaven” vaguely. I was a wee lad when I saw it.
