Which music video was this?

I’ve never actually seen it, rather, I read a description of it years ago, and I’ve never been able to actually find it. As I recall, it’s rotoscoped, and depicts a woman walking through the city (New York?), gazing forlornly at happy couples.

Does that seem familiar to anyone? Did I dream this?

Going by the list, I’m pretty sure the video in question is"Destiny" by Zero 7.
