Nope. Much like flodnak my posting rate is pretty low. Also, I’m so dang charming that nobody wants to pit me.

I’m much too boring to draw a Pitting, I think.
As far as I know, nobody has ever pitted me. But then, I stay out of Great Debates, which seems to spawn the majority of pittings. In fact, most of my posts don’t seem to draw that much attention anyway. Maybe that’s a good thing.
I’ve Pitted people a few times, but I’ve never been on the receiving end. I don’t think Polycarp or Tomndebb have either, but I have a vague feeling I could be wrong about the former. As for it being a rite of passage, I don’t think so. I’d say it’s more like hitting a deer with your car around here. While everyone may think it happens to everyone sooner or later, it’s something I’d prefer to avoid. Unfortunately, some years ago, it seems the deer had other ideas!

I’ve never been pitted either. Then again, why would anyone want to pit such a cute, friendly, loveable bear as moi? 
Don’t think I’ve been pitted in five years, though I’ve been in some heated arguments.
Lucky, too… I was young and stupid when I joined, and it showed. I’m hardly disappointed that really old posts are unsearchable.
I’ve been a regular poster for four and a half years now. I’ve been Pitted .3333 times - there was one Pit thread with my name in it, but I had to share it with two other people that were also being Pitted for the same thing. Someone was complaining that we hadn’t changed our .sigs in a long time, IIRC.
And I still haven’t changed it. Might as well use it now, in fact.
Another 99er NTIKO (Not That I Know Of). I don’t get to The Pit often, but the last time I posted to someone else’s thread there I did stir up quite the hornet’s nest! It’s nice to know I can still cause trouble.
I’ve never been pitted, which is somewhat surprising since I’ve fairly obnoxious. I’m not really an old timer, though I am “old-timey”. (I wear long underwear with a flap in the back, and drink out of a jug with XXX on the side. When I get excited, I yell “yee hoo!” and dance a little jig.)

Your location makes me want to Pit you every time I see it.
I used to hang out almost exclusively in the Pit, and I don’t think I’ve ever been pitted. Being of a mild and moderate nature might have something to do with it.
If it makes you feel better, none of our players is within 1000 miles of Tampa right now, AFAIK. The location thing was something several of the local Dopers agreed to do for one year after the Cup. Sorry.
I was Pitted once back in 2002, but I think the consensus from everyone else who posted in the thread was “Huh?” On the other hand, it did prompt Sublight to remember a wonderful olive-oil-covered-sex-slave/dinner place in Ikebukoro, so it all worked out in the end.

I’ve never been pitted directly.
I have argued in the pit and there are some pit threads where someone pits ‘anybody who thinks X’ threads that would include me.

I’ve had some hair singed offa me here and there (once that I am STILL pissed about because I didn’t deserve it and the poster who did it came way out of left field) but I’ve never, to the best of my knowledge, been pitted myself. I don’t think I’m an old-timer - I’ve been around here awhile, but I tend to participate in fits and starts, and I’m one of those “generally under the radar” kind of posters anyway.
