lieu, for being the only person in the world who can actually make me laugh at bathroom humor.
Biggirl, for her no-nonsense wit.
Manda JO, for the most sensible advice on the web.
monica, for having advice almost as good as Manda JO’s, and being only fifteen.
Mr. Visible, who always makes me tear up because his overwhelming love for his boyfriend shines through whenever he mentions him, and I’m such a romantic at heart. See, I’m tearing up just thinking about it. ::sniff::
Fenris and Scylla are always worth a read.

Ukulele Ike and Eve are – hands down – the wittiest pair on the board. And no, I’m not biased because they live in my hometown. They should have their own show or something.
The fact is that I’ve been writing Ike’s stuff for years. He had that one good lard thing, and then started hitting the juice pretty hard.
He came to me and begged me to help him get back on his feet, and I’ve been carrying him ever since.
And don’t even get me started on Fenris.
You know he and I, F. Scott, and Ernest were all drinking together on a train after that Pamplona thing. He got all jealous because Ernie was fucking Brett, and punched him out. Hit Ernie so hard he lost that Nick Adams war novel.
I’m not saying it was Fenris who got his thing shot off in the war, but I’m not saying it wasn’t either.
Go ask Ike if you can pull him out of his bottle. He’ll tell you.

There are too many here whose witty, insightful, lewd, creative, informative words I admire. And I’d be sure to miss one or ten if I try to list them. Too bad we don’t have whoview anymore.

Who’s work of late I’ve been reading and find quite good.
** elucidator ** can be breathtaking, which is half the reason he’s my pal. I’m hoping it will rub off somehow. When he’s at the top of his game, there are few as good. And around here, that’s saying something.
I’ve actually sent some of his better stuff to a friend of mine who wants to be his agent.
(A lot of people miss his stuff because in 2400 or so posts, maybe a couple dozen have been anywhere other than GD and the Pit.)

I agree about elucidator. Also, Triskadecamus. Don’t agree with much of what these guys say, but they say it extremely well.
Lieu and jarbabyj by far. Anal Scurvy used to make me laugh when he first popped on, but I haven’t seen much of him lately.

lno used to write about the funniest pit rants I’ve ever seen. Don’t know if and where he still posts.
I’d like to nominate myself as a triumph of style over content.
I don’t think anyone has mentioned TomnDebb yet. Or TVeblen. A couple who really know their stuff, and know how to communicate it.
And I generally check out threads where I see Poly, Eve, and Ike.
Of course, who can beat the artfully crafted and measured output of handy!
