As for people not getting packages, Rue recruited a crack squad of Emergency Backup Elephanteers to send addictional packages to folks who didn’t get theirs. And I’m not just saying that because I was one of 'em.

Question: How is it determined who your package is sent to? Are they sent to the organizer, who then swaps them around and ships them out or something like that?

*It’s random in so far as I’m going to try to keep people mailing within their continent, just so no one is stuck with an astronomical postage bill.
