I read yesterday in Cecil’s column that two of the SDMB’s moderators are located outside of America. One is in Amsterdam, and I think the other is in India. Who and where are they? What’s the straight dope on these most helpful of internuts?

Yes. I printed business cards saying H. International Mod of Mystery. The beginning H was to add some more mystery. But then I realized that it didn’t all fit on one business card. So I shortened it to:
