A quick visit to Google suggests that:

a) You’re right, they’re not the girls from Tatu; and
b) It’s a very popular misapprehension that the poster is of the girls from Tatu.

And I’m further nonplused to learn that there’s a whole wikipedia page devoted to a single poster.

Have to agree. They don’t really look anything at all like those two women.

I also think the Kiss photo has been around for many, many, many years, hasn’t it? Seems like it was around before the tATu girls hit puberty, and maybe even before they were born.
