Last time I had sex was at the age of 17. I am now 54 years of age. That is 35 years without any sex and it’s not by my choice. Lord knows I have tried! I have read countless books on dating, how to approach women, on several dating sites, and member of about 30 Meetup groups for singles that I go to regularly , and attend many speed dating events.
I did see a psychologist last year for about 6 months to ensure I was not crazy. I was glad to learn that she thought me better balanced that most of her friends. She did help me to become more outgoing and I now approach women all the time but, still never manage to get anywhere.
I pray to God every day to god to help me find a girl friend to take my life to end my pain. No, I do not believe in subside and believe he must have some purpose to my suffering. Only he knows but, isn’t telling.
Now at 54 years of age, I am in the best health of my life so have the urges more that ever. You might think I must be hideously ugly. Actually I’m pretty attractive and have a muscular build since I started lifting weights 2 years ago. I am successful, own my own house, and have a college degree with a good well paying job.
Hopefully my story will make others that think they have done without for a long time feel better by knowing it could be far worse. . . .

Nothing since the last time I posted in this thread… and I’ve earned an entire two-year college diploma since then!
Male, 4 times in one day in a 6-8 hour span. I remember it well, it was 2000, an overcast day…
Five months after my last post I found me a man and got my love life back in gear. That was December of 2011. We got engaged in July of 2012 and married in March of 2013. So yeah, back to no sex.

Seems like a lot has changed since I posted in this thread. Then I was 11 months into getting a divorce. Things have changed drastically and mostly for the better.
Every little bit helps.

And that solution would be? Yes I do 2 beagle dogs, and yes they do help with meeting women.
I don’t know why I thought I could win some title here… but I was wrong. Went until 17 until my first time (I don’t really think that age until first time having sex counts, though), and haven’t had sex since I was 18. 23 now… so that’s 5 years.
