It’s been a while since we had one of these threads.
I’m talking about things like Numbers Stations and the Mad Gasser of Mattoon, no ghost stories or any of that paranormal guff. I just read one on another forum that’s got me bricking myself: the Dyatlov Pass Accident.

This is pretty minor, but it’s got me wondering: a few days ago, out of the blue, I got a copy of Rolling Stone magazine in the mail. I don’t, and never have, subscribed to that magazine. I don’t think I’ve ever read more than maybe one or two issues.
At first I thought the mail carrier has simply mis-delivered the thing; sure enough, however, that’s my name and address on the cover…
I suppose it’s possible someone got me a gift subscription, but there was no gift card or anything, and no one has stepped up to claim responsibility (and also, if someone wanted to give me a gift subscription to a magazine, they seriously mis-judged which one to get…).
Weirdness.
