I was watching the pilot episode from the short lived series Phyllis.

Phyllis has moved to San Francisco and is applying for a job.

Phyllis says, “I don’t need your help.” Her future boss replies, “You need Katherine…” and I can’t make out the rest, nor figure out who it is.

My question starts around 3:27.

So the questions are what is Julie saying to Phyllis and who is that she is referring to?
