Anyway, I came here to say that I just heard on NBC News that in recent months, he worked as a DJ in a strip club. I bet the people who work there have some very interesting things to say about him.
according to a family friend, he’s not Native American , parents are Italian and Filipino. Seminole tribe says he has no connection to them.
When people are accused of multiple crimes, they usually aren’t charged with all of them, to avoid double jeopardy.
I personally believe that this guy has at least average intelligence, or he would have been caught sooner. In addition, he’s smart enough to know not to send bombs that would go off easily, both now and in the past.
I had also heard he was of Filipino descent; the surname looks it, and he does too, or rather, half Caucasian and half Filipino.

I’m mad at the Republican Party for having gone from merely wrongheaded to totally vile and abominable, and I’m mad at the people who pretend that Trump isn’t preaching hate and fear, and I’m mad at the people who pretend that there’s daylight between Trump and his party.

The MAGAbomber’s lawyer said he has struggled for years with “a lack of comprehension of reality.” In other words, he is a typical Trump supporter.

We’re at the point of the news cycle where the #MagaBomber is only a suspect and we haven’t actually seen the evidence against him, right? Just saying.
I suspect that the people who arrested him have seen evidence against him though. I mean, I suppose it could all just be a Deep State Fake News False Flag arrest, but… naah.
I will say though, I’m glad that it doesn’t look like the dude did it for the personal fame and attention, because by god is he getting it, and I’d hate for a crook to get what he wants.
Presuming, of course, that he’s actually guilty. Actually fuck it, I still don’t want him to get what he wants even if he’s not guilty. I don’t like his car and that’s enough for me not to be invested in his happiness.

The FBI says they have matching fingerprints and DNA.Thats good enough for me. I suppose a defense attorney could challenge that in court, but I doubt it would succeed.

I’m almost expecting him to use the “stand your ground” defence.
Of course the defendant is entitled to a presumption of innocence and a vigorous defense against all charges.
That said, no defense attorney is shocked when his/her client is convicted on the basis of strong evidence against him, presented in accordance with our laws.
Defense attorneys are the vanguards against abuse of due process.
They also know a slam dunk when they see one.
I think most of us can see how this will go.

NYT still dragging its feet with these reports, as is typical. (I’m not complaining: they are still on a daily schedule.)
So far we have 1 fingerprint and 2 pieces of DNA, both which match previous samples taken from the alleged MagaBomber, who has a criminal background.
I’ve already seen some react to today’s news by trying to make an Elizabeth Warren joke (saying she has re-identified). :smack:
