Anime can be sexist, racist, tasteless, disgusting, or violent, but (generally speaking)it’s no more badly animated than, say, anything on Cartoon Network. Granted, I wouldn’t put Speed Racer up against Cow and Chicken animation-wise. But it’d probably beat the original Space Ghost

I take it SPOOFE hasn’t seen Millennium Actress. Or, for that matter, any Miyazaki film. I’d put the animation from Spirited Away or Princess Mononoke against anything Cartoon Network has ever produced… and I don’t even like most anime.
