Well Quisp, you and I are running pretty close, but your count is lower by a dozen or so, so you are a tiny bit “lurkier” then me.
However, I’m pretty sure there are a few of the other old AOL regs who have even lower counts. Most of them haven’t been around constantly, though. I read the board virutally every day, and just post a few times a month.
Maybe this will drive a few of the other old timers out into the open again.

i would like to enter the competition. i lurked at the aol board for a short time before it was gone, but my registration date/post count score should stand up there with the best of the lurkers.

I know that I have been beat by several dopers, but I thought that I would make an appearance.
Actually having internet access has boosted my post count dramatically in the last month. (I actually post maybe once every two weeks)
Dedicated lurker here! People here generally express themselves very well, and I’m pretty self conscious about my writing skills (or lack thereof), so I keep to myself.

I lueked for a long while (I think) before I registered. There was a poster named Merlin who had caused an uproar when I first saw the site.
I remember Wally’s posts. I left for a long time and when I returned he was gone.
I found the site which doing a search for some obsure phrase. I was soooo excited to discover this place.
It is great! Everyone is so interesting here with so much to say. Plus people reveal things no one in person would very likely do
