That’s Dave Franco, James Franco’s younger brother.

He’s married to the lovely Alison Brie through some process that I do not fully understand.
I first saw Dave Franco as the jerk character in the misjudged final season of Scrubs that was sort of a spin-off they weren’t allowed to spin off, or something. Anyway, I have always thought of him as that jerk ever since, and can’t picture him any other way.
