Who is this slavic painter?

I’m looking at the picture displayed during the playing of the piece of music. It looks familiar and I’m guessing it was painted at the end of the 19th century.

I agree with Argent Towers, FWIW. He’s Russian (Repin, that is. I don’t know about A.T.)
