Who plays John Mark Karr on the inevitable TV Movie?

Ummm, Felicity Huffman?

Or maybe David Byrne; he’s got the right waify head-to-skinny neck ratio, but is a bit older. At least the soundtrack might be worth a damn, though.

Psycho Killer, Q’est que c’est? Fa fa fa fa fa JonBenet…

Oh yeah. The lack of resemblance is uncanny. It would be a perfect casting choice: A guy who looks nothing like the guy who didn’t do it in an epic saga of delusional rantings with an edge-of-the-seat release without charge ending, also starring Mary Kate Olsen as JonBenet. I can’t wait for the sequel.

Two good choices. Either of them resembles him enough, and both can have that “creepy” vibe.

Darn SDMB denizens: whenever I think I have a suggestion, by the time I get to post it, it’s been done, and better than I could have done.

Crispin Glover, if he’s not too old.

I think we have a Winner!

I’m sure Depp is calling his agent now, begging for the role.

Karr just makes me want to take a shower. He’s too weird for words.

Was Stewart French the stupid one of Third Rock from the Sun? That’s who I thought of the first moment I saw this guy.

Damn! French Stewart, David Hyde Pierce, and especially Matthew Gray Gruber are three of my favorite actors and they would all be damn good.

I guess that proves I like crreepy guys.

The TV Movie isn’t inevitable unless he kills someone first.

Michael Emerson, the superbly creepy “Henry Gale” from Lost, would be an interesting choice as Karr. He’s a bit too old, but so are many of the other actors named above. I don’t think age matters as much as creepiness-potential, and Emerson has that aplenty.

Hank Azaria

Like his character in “Mad About You”
