Or that he’s just an angry violent asshole, of a kind all too familiar to anyone who’s lived in a city.

A man seriously sucker-punched a random woman in downtown Seattle last week. He explained, “The voices in my head told me to do something to her.” I suspect that’s what’s going on in similar attacks we read about.
