Can I say that the damage was minimal and most things were up on pallets but I had to apply hydraulic cement to an entire wall-floor joint and Dry Loc Paint it and many other areas?
Can I also add that I had an old workbench and a table saw stand that took major water damage and required some saws-all work to prepare them for new improved bases?
could you please restate that in English?
Would, I had to make many repairs to prevent future flooding but everything of value was off the ground, make more sense?

But with the money you save by doing your own repairs, couldn’t you spend the funds and thus put food on the table of people who run restaurants, operate hotels, or paint pictures? Even if you feel you must help support Joe the Electrician, doesn’t such assistance come at the expense of all other electricians?
