To refresh your memories, these are the cabinet and cabinet-level positions:
I nominate Paul Krugman for Secretary of the Treasury
I’ll just throw out an impossible name … Bernie.
I’d like to poll the current people holding those positions and ask them: who has been your most effective right-wing opponent?
And then install all those people in their positions.
For example, likely ATF answer might be “Wayne LaPierre” or perhaps “Alan Gura”. Put one of them in to direct the ATF.
ETA: possible exception here for the Department of Defense. Mattis is a fantastic pick.
As a publicity stunt - Chesley Sullenberger for Department of Transportation.
Bernie Sanders for Department of Labor.
Hillary Clinton for State.
Ashton Carter as National Security Advisor.
Mad Dog Mattis for Defense.

Richard Aboulafia for some position in the Pentagon, pertaining to budgeting and acquisitions.
Evan McMullin for CIA Director or DNI.
Ron Paul for Treasury, or head of Federal Reserve.
Susana Martinez for ICE or CBP.
Tammy Duckworth for Veterans Affairs.
Michael Farris for Education.
Some single-payer supporter for Health and Human Services.
