to change a poopie diaper?

My boyfriend calls me at work, out of the blue, and says “I’m not
changing any poopie diapers!”

So I reply, “Well, if you help make the baby, you’re gonna help take care of the baby, so yes you are. Better accept that fact now.”

Anyone else have this battle? Mind you, we’ve been dating almost a year and have discussed marriage/children before. Those of you that have encountered this, was the issue resolved? If so, how?

My ex would change some poopie diapers, but if it was a “toxic dump”, he’d go to a neighbor for help.

My son just changed his girlfriend’s baby’s diaper for the first time, and he opted to bathe the kid rather than do a regular change. Heh.

been there, done that; the worst is when the child starts doing it as you change the nappy(diaper) - like green toothpaste squeezing out of the tube, uncontrollably.
