Who's seen this weird video? How is it done?

There’s this website, consumptionjunction.com (NOT SAFE FOR WORK - ADULTS ONLY!!!), that features oddball videos (and, admittedly, disgusting ones as well).

Currently, they have a video (under the title “Mutant Registration Now”) that shows this guy who appears to break himself in half at the waist and then reassemble himself.

How the heck did he do this? There is something odd about the way the video looks, but it appears to be a continuous take (at one point, a cat walks by).

It seems pretty obvious to me that the legs aren’t real; watch how they move–or rather, how he moves them. He’s sticking through a hole in the wall behind him, with his costume hanging from his neck in such a way that it looks like it contains his torso.

He’s on some kind of slab, lying on his stomach maybe, or coming through the wall at a slope.

When he moves forward, there doesn’t seem to be a hole in the wall behind him.

That problem would be solved by having him strapped to a slanted slab, with helpers behind the wall manipulating it.

There’s a large enough area that we never see that could very easily contain such a hole.

Sounds reasonable enough. Kinda neat in a weird way, though.

From that same site they have a video of a pig getting chainsawed. It’s so cruel
and gruesome you wonder if it’s some kind of special effect or not. Site claims to have contacted PETA.

Google “Brutal Way To Slaughter Pig For Consumption (Video)” - Warning it’s pretty rough.

Well, I did say they have disgusting videos, too. Let’s face, the site is not not known for its good taste.

It looks to me like the guy’s jeans and the front of his shirt are extremely rigid - either heavily starched or fitted with cardboard or whatever - and he’s cut much of the back out of the jeans. He then achieves the effect by squatting slightly, out of the jeans, and swinging the shirt at an angle to make it look like his body has broken into two. He walks forward squatting with his hips out to one side, hidden by the bottom of the shirt, and then straightens up.
