Kelly Harmon (sister of Mark Harmon) was in the old Tic Tac commercials. I don’t know about the knew ones.
I think this very question was asked here a month or two ago, though I will have to leave finding it to someone with better searching skills.

There are no pictures online of Kelly Harmon. I couldn’t find any using Google image search, nor by checking references to her in the general search. I did find one message on a board asking why there were no pics of her online but it got no answers.
