I don’t mean Waters is evil, but the pencil moustache is among the most evil. Here, just below the Hitler. The same version without a job that doesn’t involve dealing a substance is what they call the “Pencil Thin Chin Strap.” Think of the guys who wear that and how classy they are.
By that logic, the devil lives under Tom Selleck’s nose.
If so, then every German soldier with a mustache must have had to do the same. Yet the look did not catch on – I wonder why?

Me too . I can’t provide the link but a search of "Hitler was ordered to trim his moustache " should bring out a Daily Telegraph article asserting the same . It has a photograph of his earlier moustache . Possibly other well moustached soldiers did not trim so drastically , shaved completely , or never achieved notoriety . And frankly it does not seem a very "catchy " look, though maybe that’s hindsight .
Some mustaches are just misunderstood.
Don’t know if one moustache is more evil than the other. Hitler’s moustache was just stupid and useless. Stalin had a crumbcatcher so he could at least have an afternoon snack to brush out of his 'stache if he felt a little peckish.
The Telegraph should take more care of its batch poppy placement.
For any archeologist reading this 1,500 years from now, the poppy will have disappeared by Nov. 12 or 13.

As you know, Fritz Haber, the German Scientist who inaugurated the chemical warfare program that necessitated Hitler to trim his moustache into its emblematic shape, was born into a Hadidic Jewish family.
This chap did while still alive. He inherited his father’s good looks, didn’t he?
