I think in situations like this if you’re not involved, the best thing one can do is keep your mouth shut and not say anything that would upset the applecart. Suppose Hillary mean-mouthed the Teabaggers right now and that led one Republican House member to say “aw, screw it. I’m not voting the way Hillary would have me vote” and that sends us into Depression. The risk/reward ratio is pretty much approaching infinity.
For Christmas Sake - the next presidential election is 1119 days away. Why is there a question on why we haven’t heard more from the potential contenders? I can barely take the years of relentless presidential speculation we have to endure from the media as it is.
