I’d better not open the window of my apartment while editing then . . .
That’s what fifteen dollars a year entitles you to? :dubious:
And being able to post indefinately, instead of just for the guest period, and being able to use the search function.
That get’s back to what I asked you before. Are you thinking we should not have free will because we can’t use it wisely? Perhaps you’re suggesting we have free will with some sort of limiter. We can cuss people out but we can’t really hurt them. I sure don’t have the answers but just a few thoughts.
As I said, how could we choose without having something to choose between. Perhaps without the ability to choose the greatest evil we couldn’t choose the greatest good. The things you speak of are created by mankind’s choices.
Around this board there’s often talk of the suffering that occurs that has nothing to do with free will. Why is there illness? Storms that kill hundreds? Jesus as teacher tells us not to value the temporary things in life but to value the the eternal, and to value our fellow humans. Perhaps the physical challenges we face aide us in doing that.
Pretty funny
What Der Trihs said plus, even more importantly, you get the privilege of continuing to bask in our vast knowledge and wisdom.
I’m sure you see by now how it’s totally worth it. Seriously. It is.
