There’s no explanation from anyone - what was wrong with the post that it required to be closed?
I saw this yesterday and thought it was amazing! I even sent the link to everyone I know and they all thought it to be amazing, too! Maybe the guy is faking it - maybe it’s just a scheme - maybe he’s being opportunistic, but shit, it’s one hell of a fucking story either way and that’s one hell of a way to trash an apartment.
I can understand the Play Station and the TV, and maybe even the computer - I mean, sometimes emotions take over and everyone feels a little destructive every now and then, but the suits? The suits? Man, that’s just wrong. And the ties? God, what are we coming to? Suits and ties, omigod that is just terrible. I mean the TV, OK. The Stereo, OK. But the suits? Has she no shred of decency at all?
Good question…usually the moderators leave a little love note at the bottom that explains why it got closed or moved. The only moderator that even responded was manhattan, and he wasn’t disparaging the thread or anything like that.

The thread wasn’t closed, it was moved to Great Debates, probably because people were, um, debating.

Euty tried to move it to GD last night, but the boards was all wiggy and locked the thread but didn’t move it. We’re working on it. You can start a new thread in GD if you just can’t stand not being able to post about it, and then I’ll just lock up the old thread if it ever makes it over to my forum.
That’s fine, but we want a full report on this snafu, and I don’t mean tomorrow.
I asked him to move it to GD, it was getting out of hand for an MPSIMS thread…

Finally got the sucker moved correctly. I think. Maybe. Possibly.
It should now reside comfortably in Great Debates until it turns mundane and pointless again.
