They’re repulsive!
Because they don’t care for WHITE cars? 
My car is “metallic beige.” The thing is, in some parts of the country a “noticeable car” = a “stolen car.” Hence, people buy dull colors so as to make their vehicles stand out less. The original owner of my car lived in New York City.
I don’t think its that ugly though. It certainly hides the road salt.
They don’t. They buy beige cars.
Beige is the new black, anyway. Or was that last year?
So the cops won’t notice us when we’re blowing by 'em at 88 MPH. 
(I might go for a custom color for my next car, whenever that is, but I worry about the cop-visibility factor…)
