Is she nearsighted and doesn’t wear her glasses or contacts when she’s talking to you? I know that I get closer to people I’m talking to when I don’t have my glasses on than I do when I am wearing them. I can’t see them from the usual distance.
Do you talk quietly compared to her? Or does she have a hearing impairment? She might be standing close to you because she has trouble hearing you from a normal distance.
I’d go with this. It’s more than likely that she doesn’t know it’s bothering you.
