Porn sets often have quite dirty floors. Throughout the course of action in a scene, it is quite likely that you’ll end up seeing the bottom of the actress’ feet. Dirty feet are considered by most (but certainly not all) to be quite unsexy. Shoes keep her feet from looking dirty.
