Well, considering that when Troy’s rushed and busy with real life, he explicitly calls the strip “Stick-Figure Theater”, I’m pretty sure he agrees with you. 
Thanks for that, Miller. I cackled like a loon at Randy’s homage, but THIS was brilliant. I feel like I was missing half the joke till now.
I really enjoyed that one, too (I saw it the day it came out, thanks to the LJ of a friend (who, incidentally, is/was one of Aeire’s housemates (not the Shannon/Felix inspirations…one of her housemates in San Diego)). But Randy was just a bit put out by someone else coming along and building on HIS joke (which he had obviously cooked up with Aeire’s full approval and knowledge), and Kris apologized later that day for running with it without checking with either Randy or Aeire.
