I have my setting to the original V3.7.3 now every time I open the Board it keeps reverting to the VB-Blue which I hate. When I set it back it changes every time I go to a new page. This just happened today.
Try going to your CP. Click on Edit Options, then scroll down to Forum Skin at the bottom. Set your skin to Straight Dope V3.7.3, then click Save Changes. It should remember your preference.
Also ensure that you’re always at a board address starting with https://, especially when following links.
Thank you, that did the trick.
Hmmmmmmm When I try to change mine to the blue skin it doesnt work (I assume thats the default VB3 skin right?) It stays white when I change it…
It should look like this

Now thats goregous … I can run any CSS I want on my browser which is how I got the default VB3 skin on here… But the one in the USERCP should look like this,am I right??
When I change it that skin it stays all white (Almost the same as the 3.7.3 one) (I love the default VB3 skin)
No, the two skins available for the Straight Dope do not include the default vB3 skin.
One is the v.3.7.3 skin, which is the “old skin” the forum had for a long time. The other is Sultantheme’s Responsive vB3-Blue, which is from an independent source, Sultantheme. It is configured to look close to the v.3.7.3 skin on this board, for a more consistent appearance across platforms and skins.
Ah ok then its basically the same… OK (Its not supposed to look like the default skin)
Thanx for explaining
