I gotta say, I’ve never seen that in a store before.
Around here, I always see them at Hastings, by the checkouts. A Wonka bar is a chocolate bar with graham cracker bits in it. Nothing to scream about, but not bad either.

According to this thread in Cafe Society, the original “Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” movie with Gene Wilder was sponsored by Quaker Oats as a promotional tie-in for the Wonka Bars that they were selling.
The movie did much better than the candy.
