Only charter members get post counts. I can’t see how big yours is.
Location and post count do not display for guests. I can see them by viewing your profile, if I’m interested.

Pretty sure my post count is being displayed (isn’t it?). I haven’t been a charter member for several years; I’m just a plain ordinary member.
It should be displayed, as should your location. What’s in your Location field in your UserCP?

I don’t know how custom titles work. Could it be that his membership has indeed lapsed and but for the custom title, he’d be displaying Guest and the post and location display would therefore be functioning properly?
Yes, that makes sense. This is probably what happened.
I’m pretty sure you have to be a paid member to have a custom title.
Maybe if he paid for the title at a different time, it still runs full term.

Much of the immediately preceding posts, if not the entire thread, make no sense whatsoever, now that I am–and always was, in stupid vBulletin, which is a rolling disaster for historians–yet a third status, whereas a scant few minutes ago it did, barely.
In the few minutes since my previous post I futzed around with my User CP, and now I’m not who I claimed to be in terms of membership, and in fact never was!
