I’m completely satisfied that there is no additional information beyond what is posted in the OP that would change my mind that [REDACTED] is a terrible, racist employee who should be fired.
If my memory serves, [REDACTED] was also on the White House Watergate tapes. I think [REDACTED] may have sought a job in the GW Bush Administration, but it give me some solace to know that [REDACTED] is no longer manipulating the levers of national power, and instead [REDACTED]'s authority extends merely to a tea restaurant – as horrible as that tyranny may be.

I will say however that this could easily be remedied if the shop made one line for coffee/tea/hot cocoa/whatever ONLY (during peak periods maybe). But they can run their shop how they see fit.

One needs to be careful before calls of racism, sexism etc.
Just because someone treats you like shit or is an ass doesn’t mean the he/she is racist. He/she might just be a shitass.
I’ve noticed this among people I know - they automatically assume someone is sexist or racist when I am also treated like shit by this person and so is Joe over there and Bob over there.
