I just wanted to bring up some past threads so people can remember the mayhem that was late April 2005. Please keep in mind if you resubscribe TODAY, your membership will not expire til the END! of April 2007 (just like someone who waited til the last day).
Also, last year, the deal ended at noon, not midnight, so that screwed a few folks. Though most of the threads listed below are made by people who lurked a lot during the re-up time, I’m just sayin—if you sub now you don’t have to worry about whether someone in rl is going to have an accident on the last day, or if you’re going to lose internet, etc.
If you are a charter member and miss the deadline you lose 1) your charter member status 2) the half price deal.
